What shipping address do I use?

    As every order is different, please provide both your mailing and physical address in order for us to choose the fastest method for your particular delivery.

    How do I check my order status?

      If you have an account, you can check the status of your order by signing in and looking under your order history. Otherwise, you should receive updates by email.

      Why is my package missing items? 

      Contrary to other retailers, here at Tropicuz we like to ship every item as soon as it is available so you can start rocking it asap. This means that in many occasions you will receive your order in separate packages. Also, some fragile items like jewelry and sunglasses are shipped separate as a precaution. If you haven't received some of your items, don't worry they are probably on their way. If you would like to have more information on a specific order please email us at: info@tropicuz.com

      You can find our size guide at the footer menu on our webpage. Alternatively, every item has fitment specifications in their description.

      How long does it take for my order to get here?

      We aim to ship within 1-3 days of an order being placed, this translates into shorter delivery times. Usually you should have your items within 7 business days. Some items may be custom orders and may take longer but this will be explicitly specified on the product's page.       Can I do exchanges?

      Unfortunately we are unable to provide exchanges; for approved returns we will issue a refund as soon as possible so you can go back and shop as much as you like. You can find more information on the Returns & Refunds Page.

      How do I return an item?

      1. Our policy lasts 7 days after the package is delivered.
      2. In order to start your return process please email us at: returns@tropicuz.com with your order information and the reason for your return. Attach pictures, if you consider necessary.
      3. Please send your return as soon as possible to make sure you do not miss the return deadline, our customer service team will assist you throughout the process to make sure your return goes as smoothly as possible.
      4. Before sending your item(s) please check our Return Policy to verify if the item you are returning is acceptable under our policy.

      I want an item that is out of stock, what should I do?

      Some of our most acclaimed items will make their way back to our site, others may not be as lucky. If you loved one of our products and it's no longer available please contact our sales team at: sales@tropicuz.com, they might be able to get it just for you.
